I was on my way to the Bay area but before I did, I had the Jack in the box craving for breakfast. I stopped by at a location that I normally don't go to just because I don't drive that way too often. I went inside and was greeted by Kennedy. He took my order and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of detail, concern and helpfulness that he displayed just by taking my order. So much that I felt compelled to write this review and to say thank you for displaying customer service the way it should be. The food was also modified perfectly. The coffee was fresh and hot, but what I'll always remember is receiving one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Thank you Kennedy.
Friendly staff. Food tasted like it was made fresh. Only complaint is that the bathroom could have been cleaner.
